Hey, thanks for checking out my page. I have a few interests like going out with my mates to the pub, badminton, music, video games, history stuff and psychology and I've just learned to drive.
I've finished my degree at Sheffield Hallam Uni after studying psychology and sociology. I want to get into something psychologyish; I really find the idea of applying it interesting.
Music wise I'm into all sorts but especially stuff that isn't recycled rubbish...oh and Muse. As far as films are concerned I generally prefer action and comedy films but particular favorites are The Shawshank Redemption, The Godfather Part 1 and 2, Groundhog Day and the new batman films. Tv wise I like Family guy, history programs, Being Human, Would I Lie to You, Mock the Week, Dragons Den and The Apprentice.
I'm initially quite shy around new people but I do get talkative once that wears off. I'm quite friendly and funny and I like to think I'm interesting to talk to. I'm looking for someone who is fun to be around that I like to talk to.

I love to read, I'm always reading. I don't watch much TV, but I do make an effort to watch Big Brother. If I had more money (I'm always poor) I'd do more stuff. I'd get more tattoos, learn to drive, travel the country/world, buy better camera equipment, and go to the cinema more! Not that I'm a gold digger or anything, that's harsh, I just prefer people that can drive :P hahaha it makes life so much easier though. Don't take offence by that, I just don't have train/bus money!

I have my ears pierced - left one stretched to 14mm. I also have my nose pierced, and my right nipple. I did have an anti-eyebrow piercing (google it) but I retired it :(. I have 3 tattoos, a cartoon of Audrey Hepburn on my side, a safety pin pinning a heart to my left boob, and a lotus flower on my foof :)

crikey this bits hard, anyway i am a happy woman who is enjoying being in my 40's, they say life begins and it did. I love to travel as much as possible and have just returned from living in europe, i love european cities in a big way my favourites being florence and maastricht(which was home)maybe vienna, budhapest and paris too. I am a bundle of fun and passion and like to get the most out of everyday that i can and never miss an opportunity to have an experience whether its opera in italy or riding rollercoasters, the world is a playground. I like eating out,chinese, indian, thai and italian and love a nice glass of wine, pint of kronenberg(not very ladylike i know but it has its place) oh and a whopping margarita! but also am very happy on the sofa with a book or dvd, especially if its a shared time! If i was to have a favourite day out it would be on the coast, walking hand in hand on the beach or sharing fish and chips.

I absolutely love making things - Anything will do but tinkering with odd cars is best. I'll generally do a few dozen miles a week on my bike through a forest somewhere - Partly to keep fit, partly because I enjoy it and partly because I spent a lot of money on the bloody bike!

I listen to all sorts of music - I don't define myself behind a genre, most will do - I'm a big fan of drum and bass, but I'll find myself listening to anything. I put my iphone on shuffle and got Cyantific, AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Roots Manuva, Boards of Canada, Arrested Development, Bloodhound Gang, Danny Breaks and London Elektricity. If you know all of those then you are officially as cool as I am. Well done! If you know even one then I'll be impressed.

Anyway, I'm looking for a decent girl who isn't (too) insane, who doesn't necessarily have to share all my interests, but at least tolerate them! someone who has interests of their own that are more than just socialising and going out drinking. Gosh does anyone else find this hard. Well here goes, I ve had a job working in the hospitality and hotel industry since i was 16 so ive never been without a job. I went to university probably because everyone else was going so i originally studied music but came out with a degree in geography. I have spent the last two years living and working i france (alps in the winter and corsica in the summer) so my greatest achievement of late is to speak french.
